Work Performed
Our team began by removing the old flat roof, inspecting and replacing any rotten wood on the decking. The decking was then re-nailed with 8D ring shank nails to meet current code requirements. We installed a peel-and-stick base sheet, followed by stripping around the perimeter for enhanced protection and a new CertainTeed modified torch down roofing system. New drip edge, vents, and lead pipe covers were also installed as needed.
