Work Performed
Our team began by installing 1-2" of foam board insulation over the existing roof decking, securing it with adhesive and plates and screws. Next, we installed a new TPO 60mil rubber roofing system. This was fastened with metal plates and screws, ensuring adherence to local building codes. Finally, we heat-welded the TPO seams together, creating a single, unified roofing system. The perimeter was secured with term bar and screws with rubber washers for a watertight seal.
