Work Performed
The scope of work began with addressing the existing aluminum pitch pans. Foam inserts were carefully installed into the pitch pans and secured with a specialized adhesive to create a stable base. Next, a new TPO membrane was installed directly over the existing roof, secured with screws at the seams. The seams were then meticulously heat-welded to form a unified, waterproof roof system. New flashing was installed where needed for optimal protection. Finally, the perimeter was secured using an approved turn bar fastened with screws featuring rubber washers.
