Work Performed
The scope of work began with installing a new leader head box on the side of the home, utilizing stainless steel tapcons to prevent rust and ensure a long-lasting, secure attachment. All screw holes were carefully caulked to prevent water intrusion. Next, a 4x5 downspout system was installed, incorporating 2 'B' elbows, 1 'A' elbow, and an 8-foot downspout section to effectively lower the gutter outlet near the pool cage.
