Work Performed
The project began with a complete tear-off of the old shingles, followed by careful inspection and replacement of any rotten wood decking. The deck was then re-nailed with 8D ring shank nails. We installed a new peel-and-stick underlayment across the entire roof for superior moisture protection and potential insurance discounts for the homeowner. New lead pipe boot covers, galvalume vents, drip edge, flashing, valley metal, and an upgraded Omni ridge vent were also installed to complete the project.
