Work Performed
The scope of work included a complete shingle roof replacement. We began by removing the existing shingles down to the wood deck. Any rotten wood was replaced, and the decking was re-nailed with 8D ring shank nails to meet current building codes. A new peel-and-stick underlayment was installed throughout the roof to provide an added layer of protection and qualify the homeowner for potential insurance discounts. New lead pipe boot covers, galvalume vents, drip edge, flashing, and valley metal were also installed, finishing with new Timberline HDZ high wind rated shingles.
