This project involved installing a new TPO roofing system over an existing modified bitumen roof. Work Performed
The scope of work included preparing the existing modified bitumen roof surface for the new TPO membrane. We then installed a TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing membrane directly over the prepared modified surface, ensuring proper adhesion and a watertight seal. All seams were heat-welded to create a seamless and durable roofing system. This TPO roofing solution provides a robust and long-lasting waterproof barrier.
