The existing roof was removed down to the wood deck, which required some wood replacement due to rot. A brand new, durable CertainTeed modified torch down roofing system was installed to protect this Dunedin home for years to come.
Work Performed
Our team meticulously removed the old roof and replaced compromised wood decking, ensuring a solid foundation by re-nailing with 8D ring shank nails. We then installed a peel-and-stick base sheet, adding stripping around the perimeter for enhanced protection. New drip edge was installed along with vents. Finally, the CertainTeed modified torch down roofing system, totaling 6 squares with a 1 square tie-in, was professionally installed for superior weather resistance.
