Work Performed
Our skilled team began by removing the old shingles down to the wood decking. Any rotten wood was replaced, and the decking was re-nailed with 8D ring shank nails to meet current code requirements. We then installed a peel and stick underlayment throughout the entire roof surface to create a waterproof barrier, which can also lead to insurance discounts. Finally, we installed new Timberline Lifetime GAF HDZ high wind rated shingles and upgraded to omni roll cobra ridge vents to improve attic ventilation.
