Work Performed
The scope of work included removing the old shingles, replacing five sheets of any rotten plywood decking, and re-nailing the existing deck to meet current Florida building codes. A peel-and-stick underlayment was installed across the entire roof surface, providing a waterproof barrier and qualifying the customer for potential insurance discounts. We also installed new lead pipe boot covers, galvalume vents, drip edge, valley metal, and upgraded Omni roll Cobra ridge vents for optimal attic ventilation.
