Work Performed
The project involved a complete shingle roof replacement, including removing the old shingles, replacing damaged wood, and re-nailing the decking. We installed peel and stick underlayment for superior waterproofing and insurance discounts. New Timberline Lifetime GAF HDZ shingles were chosen for the shingle roof. For the flat roof, we removed the existing material, replaced any rotten wood, and installed a CertainTeed modified torch down roofing system for long-lasting protection.
