Work Performed
The scope of work included removing the old shingles and replacing any damaged or rotten wood decking. The existing decking was re-nailed with 8D ring shank nails to meet current building codes. A new peel-and-stick underlayment was installed across the entire roof surface. New lead pipe boot covers, galvalume vents, drip edge, flashing, and valley metal were installed before the new shingles were installed.
