We then installed a durable and weather-resistant new roofing system, ensuring the home is well-protected for years to come. Work Performed
The flat roof replacement began with a complete tear-off of the old roofing material down to the wood deck. Any rotten wood was replaced, and the decking was re-nailed with 8D ring shank nails to meet current building codes. A peel and stick base sheet was then installed, along with stripping around the perimeter for added protection. The roofing system itself consists of a new CertainTeed modified torch down system and includes 1 square of new Tiberline HDZ Lifetime Birchwood Shingles.
