The project involved installing new flashing, vents, and a complete shingle system to protect the home for years to come. Work Performed
The scope of work for this Valrico roof replacement included a complete tear-off of the old shingles, followed by re-nailing the decking with 8D ring shank nails to meet current code requirements. We installed peel and stick underlayment in the valleys and synthetic underlayment across the entire roof surface. New lead pipe boot covers, galvalume vents, drip edge, flashing at all tie-ins, and valley metal were also installed, along with 42 squares of dimensional shingles and upgraded omni ridge vents to improve attic ventilation.
