Project Overview
Team Armored Roofing recently completed a full shingle roof replacement on Building 3 in Trinity, Florida. The existing roof was showing its age and needed a complete overhaul to ensure long-term protection against the elements. This project involved removing the old shingles and installing a brand new, high-performance roofing system to provide lasting durability and peace of mind for the property owner.
Work Performed
Our team meticulously removed the existing shingles down to the wood decking. Any rotten wood was replaced, and the decking was re-nailed with 8D ring shank nails to meet current building codes. A new peel and stick underlayment was installed throughout the roof for superior water protection and potential insurance discounts. We finished with new lead pipe boot covers, galvalume vents, drip edge, flashing, valley metal, and GAF Timberline HDZ high wind rated shingles, complete with upgraded cobra ridge vents for proper attic ventilation.
