Due to the steep 8/12 pitch of the roof, our experienced crew took extra precautions to ensure safety and quality throughout the project. Work Performed
This project involved a comprehensive scope of work. We began by removing the old shingles down to the wood deck. After a thorough inspection, we replaced several sections of rotten wood and re-nailed the existing decking with 8D ring shank nails to meet current code. Next, we installed a new peel and stick underlayment for enhanced protection and potential insurance discounts, along with new lead pipe boot covers, galvalume vents, drip edge, flashing, and valley metal. The roof was finished with durable, high-wind rated Timberline HDZ shingles and an upgraded Cobra ridge vent system to ensure proper attic ventilation.
