We then installed new peel and stick in the valleys, followed by synthetic underlayment across the entire roof. New lead pipe boot covers, galvalume vents, drip edge, flashing at all tie-ins, and valley metal were also installed. The roof was finished with new lifetime dimensional shingles and an upgraded Omni ridge vent system, with additional vents added to properly ventilate the attic. All penetrations were step sealed for added protection against water intrusion.
