The project involved removing the existing worn shingles and replacing them with a brand new, durable roofing system. Work Performed
Our team began by carefully removing the old shingles down to the wood decking. Any rotten wood was replaced, and the decking was re-nailed with 8D ring shank nails to meet current building codes. We then installed a peel-and-stick underlayment for enhanced waterproofing and insurance discounts. Finally, we installed new Timberline lifetime GAF HDZ high wind rated shingles, along with new lead pipe boot covers, galvalume vents, drip edge, flashing, valley metal, and an upgraded cobra ridge vent system for proper attic ventilation.
