We installed new peel-and-stick underlayment, lead pipe boot covers, galvalume vents, drip edge, flashing, and valley metal. The homeowner chose Timberline lifetime GAF HDZ high wind rated shingles, known for their 154mph wind resistance. The flat roof received a new CertainTeed modified torch down roofing system after removal of the existing material and the installation of a tapered system on the back portion to improve drainage.
