The project involved a complete removal of the existing roof down to the wood decking, followed by necessary repairs and a full standing seam metal roof replacement. Work Performed
Our team began by carefully tearing off the old roof, ensuring any compromised wood decking was replaced and properly re-nailed with 8D ring shank nails to meet current building codes. A high-temperature peel and stick underlayment, specifically designed for metal roofs, was then installed, followed by new drip edge, valley metal, pipe covers, and vents. Finally, a 59-square standing seam metal roofing system with a 16" wide TM lock panel system, made of 26g steel with a 1" seam, was installed in the homeowner's chosen color.
